Accepting new and gently used current fashions

Rise Consignment Terms and Conditions:

• Items will be reviewed for acceptance after drop off

• Items accepted for consignment will be placed on sale for 60 days. Items can be reclaimed at any time during the 60 day consignment period 

• After 60 days any unclaimed or unsold items will become property of Rise

• All items not accepted for consignment must be picked up within 1 week of notice or they will be donated to local charity 

• Consignor will receive 40% of the final selling price 

• Prices determined by Rise, Markdowns and promotions are taken at Rise's discretion

• Checks are written on the last day of the month and only written if 1) a minimum of $100 is accrued or 2) at the end of the year, whichever comes first

• Merchandise is left at the Consignors risk. Rise is not responsible for loss, theft, damage, negligence or any other cause. Consigner waves any claim against Rise for the forgoing and holds Rise harmless for any liability. Items found damaged after acceptance will be donated to charity without notice
